Vintage Textile Mill Wood Spools - Lot of 9

Description

Vintage, textile mill wooden yarn/thread spools. Condition is used.
Lot of 9 vintage spools/spindles:
5 with worn green paint, brass end caps with a great patina on the paint (10” long)
2 natural wood with brass tops, 1 has a brass end cap, 1 has a painted end in red (9.75” long)
2 natural wood with painted ends, 1 red and 1 green (9” long)
I don’t know the history of these, I got them from an older quilter. They’re in good shape considering the use they probably went through, and have the original patina. A great gift for a sewist or quilter!
