Set of Four (4) Vintage Handpainted Fine Porcelain Eggcup Birds/Flowers/Insects

Description

Great care was taken by the artist in painting the details on these four eggcups. On three of the four cups the leaf/branch design is cleverly carried over the scalloped rim to the inside.
All four egg cups feature green dots around the foot. As noted in one of the photos, the green dots around the foot of each cup are complete. If any appear to be missing it is strictly from the reflection when the pictures were taken.
The cups are made of porcelain china and are in great condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, staining, or wear to the hand-painted birds and flowers.
Each measures 2 3/4 inches high x 1 3/4 inches inner diameter.
There are no marks on the bottom (or anywhere) so we cannot certify age, artist, company, or country of manufacture. Please note that, as seen in the photos, three of the four egg cups have a bird motif, while the fourth is strictly designed with flowers.
