    Description

We are pleased to offer a 1918 original US World War 1 poster #15 produced by the United States Food Administration titled "Feed a Fighter, eat only what you need, waste nothing, That he and his family may have enough".
The poster is 29"H X 20 3/4" W. The black and white pencil drawing was signed by Wallace Morgan. This poster is part of a large collection owned by a local retailer in Manchester NH. Sometime in the 1950's to preserve this and many other posters from damage, they were placed on poster board (not attached) and sealed in plastic. This poster is in very good condition considering it is over a hundred years old. There is no color fade with crease marks and some dirt/stain marks limited to the lower left corner section of the poster. It would make a great exhibit piece of WW 1 history. If you have any questions, please email me.
