NVA PAVN CHICOM PRC shirt coat jacket top

Description

Not sure when this was made, if it is period original or made later, but it is most likely a 1970s or later uniform top.
I would say it it "reed green" or "forest green" in color, with brown domed plastic/bakelite buttons. Seems to be a cotton/poly blend poplin style fabric.
Has some minor wear, could use a wash (there's dirt on one sleeve), note ink? mark on front in last photo.
I would say it is a medium, size 40 chest based on fit to me. Its actual approximate measurements are:
Chest (laid flat): 21 inches
Sleeve inseam: 19 inches
