    Description

    This is a mint, irregular block of 26 of the '10 Centimes de Piastre' denomination from the so called "Stolen Issue" of 1914.
    Despite the nick name of the issue a few of the various denominations were legitimately used on cover and a few individual stamps received favor cancels.
    It is original gum, never hinged.  It has some minor toning on a few stamps and the gum from being stored in a tropical environment.  There are some perf separations, especially in the selvage, and some weak perfs.  A few minor natural gum creases may be on the block also.
    So far this is the largest multiple of this denomination I have seen.
