    Description

    Lot Of 4 Old Hopi Wicker Baskets Native American, Plaques Circa 1940's. These old wicker baskets were part of a trade back for a Hopi Wedding. I traded for them back in the 1970's and they were old then. The lady I traded told me they were her brothers who lost his life in the second world war and they had been in storage. As you can see they have faded alot on the fronts of them due to the sun. The first one measures 13 1/2" across and it has some rim damage you can see in photos and a few stitches missing, the second is 11  1/4" across it is the one with the center missing, the third is 11" across it's in very good condition for it's age it does have a few stitches missing any the last one is 10 3/4" across, it is in very good condition for it age it has a few stitches missing.
