Mustachioed man with a hat over his heart in front of others (all appear to be immigrants) who collectively stand in front of a ship (partly visible in the upper left) and the U.S. flag (partly visible in the upper right) with text of "Remember! ~ The Flag of Liberty ~ Support It! Buy U.S. Government Bonds 3rd Liberty Loan". At the base of the piece, we have a numerical number of 6-A, and the attribution of Heywood, Strasser & Voight Litho Co., N.Y. M
inor age and storage discoloration is noted with some evidence of old folds...nothing unexpected for it's age or that truly detracts. Professionally framed in wood displaying it well under glass. Considered a World War 1 propaganda piece, it was authored by the United States Department of the Treasury, Publicity Bureau.
