    1993 Haiti - Scott #840 on Avis de Reception (Notice of Receipt) Card for registered item from Port au Prince to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where receipt was acknowledged on 3 March 1993.  Due to incomplete return address, the card bounced around the Albuquerque NM sorting facility and was then delivered to the recipient, not the sender!  (see all 3 scans).
