HMS UNICORN FRIGATE COREL MODEL SHIP KIT HISTORICALLY ACCURATE

Kit is new, only opened to inspect contents for completeness.
Corel Model Ship Kits & Corel Model Boat Kits are historically accurate and all ship model kits contain the highest quality parts, cast metal fittings and photo-etched brass parts, and the best available timbers. Wherever possible all parts are pre-cut and ready for assembly.
Corel's plank-on-bulkhead HMS Unicorn kit features pre-cut parts throughout.  Internal structural parts are poplar plywood.  Walnut outer hull planking is accented by maple and mahogany trim.  Fittings include 32 brass cannons, gilded metal decorations and figurehead.  Walnut blocks and deadeyes, other hardwood parts, brass & copper pieces complete the fittings package.  Cradle & display base are included, along with  nine sheets of plans and instructions.
Like the original ship, this model is armed with 24 guns on the open fighting deck and 8 guns below, all complete with gun mountings and wheels. The sleek and tapered line of the hull and the impressive masts make this an extremely striking and beautiful ship.
